Golden Fleece Collective

Get to know us

Golden Fleece Collective was founded by brothers Jermaine “JT” Bethea and Tony “TJ” Jordan — two creatives driven by a shared belief that artists deserve more than exposure. They deserve infrastructure, intention, and community.

Golden Fleece Collective was created to serve as a central gathering space for artists across New Jersey and New York — a connective hub where creativity is supported with intention, structure, and community.

Founded in response to a fragmented arts landscape, Golden Fleece emerged from a simple but urgent belief: artists deserve more than temporary stages and fleeting exposure. They deserve infrastructure. They deserve consistency. They deserve spaces that treat their work with care and professionalism.

What began as a grassroots effort to bring musicians and storytellers together has grown into a developing cultural network — one designed to bridge disciplines and connect communities. Golden Fleece operates as a hub for collaboration across music, poetry, photography, film, design, and live performance. By centering accessibility, artistic integrity, and mutual support, the Collective creates environments where artists are not competing for space, but building alongside one another.
